Rich tomato soy sauce with bacon bits, clams cooked just right, and ribs finished with a sticky pomegranate barbecue glaze that cuts through the fat with real acidity. Pate was too soft to pick up cleanly. Some of the best ribs in a long time, easily worth the trip.
