Sweet-savory chicken mango salad, a generously sized lamb dish with tender, fall-off-the-bone meat, and a banana-rice combo that didn't land for everyone. Tamar cake and tea rounded things off nicely. Mixed on one dish but strong overall, with enough standouts to make a first-timer an instant convert.
