Perfectly battered prawns, butter-soft steak, massive panko-crusted calamari, and a standout juicy cheeseburger with a proper thick patty. Hollandaise velvety, egg poached well, sausages juicy, fries lightly Cajun-seasoned. Minor gripes: steak needed salt, French toast's brulee was unnecessary given the sweetness. Portions generous throughout. A thoroughly satisfying, generous brunch spread.
