Viral cod sandwich with rich, flaky sauce, crisp fries, and fish described as bloomed, fruity and fragrant. Meats rated top marks, dessert creamy and delicate, tasting as good as it looks. Lives up to the hype rather than overhyped. An exceptional meal from start to finish.
