BAO Marylebone

Creamy, savory bone marrow noodles with perfect chili-oil kick, chewy noodles cooked just right, tender beef throughout. Fried chicken bao disappoints though, odd stringy texture and clashing flavors, better skipped. Forty-day dry-aged beef with cured egg yolk draws curious looks but gets tried anyway. Worth returning for the noodles alone.
