GAIL's Bakery Long Acre

Convenient, busy, and sensory-heavy, with seating hard to come by and a West End buzz that's far from calming. The americano with soy milk redeems things though, light and slightly nutty espresso, easy to take away. Handy for a Royal Opera House stop, but bring earplugs and patience.
