Donde Carlos

Crispy, well-seasoned empanadas, flavourful tacos with tender beef and rich consomme, and a loaded bandeja paisa with excellent chicharron and soft plantain. Letdowns came from bland kidney beans and a tough steak. Fast service throughout. A mixed plate overall, strong on the fried and flavourful dishes but patchy on seasoning and meat texture elsewhere.
