Suuya grill

Tasty, tender suya beef with a smoky, nutty chili-peanut kick, but the lamb shank and cowfoot soup both came out bland and underseasoned despite good texture. Meat wasn't charcoal grilled despite the suya billing, though the spice dusting reassured. Mixed results overall, worth trying for the suya alone but not much else.
