1. Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your account at any time directly from the wowbeen app, as long as you have fewer than 2 reviews with an approved Beens payout. Once you reach 2 or more, your account can no longer be deleted automatically. Contact support and we'll help you close it. When your account is deleted, all personal data associated with it will be permanently removed from our systems, unless we are required by law to retain certain information (for example, for tax, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes), or where content, such as reviews with an approved Beens payout, is owned by Wowbeen under our Terms. Deletions are processed promptly and are irreversible.

2. Request Data Access or Deletion

Any user can reach out to the wowbeen team at hello@wowbeen.com to request a full overview of all data we hold about them, or to request its deletion. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe and handle them in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
