1. Platform & Content

Wowbeen is a user-generated content (UGC) platform. All reviews, videos, ratings, and opinions are created by users and not by Wowbeen.

2. No Liability

Wowbeen does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content and is not liable for decisions, experiences, or damages resulting from user content.

3. Rights to Content

By uploading content, you grant Wowbeen a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, display, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works from, promote, and sell the content or related rights, including for marketing and commercial purposes. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights in the content. Once a review has received an approved Beens payout, it can no longer be deleted.

4. Beens Payouts & Ownership

An approved Beens payout is payment for your content. Once a review has received an approved Beens payout, ownership of that content transfers to Wowbeen and you no longer hold any rights, control, or claim over it. Content that has not received a Beens payout remains yours, subject to the license in §3, and may be deleted at any time before payout approval.

5. General

By using Wowbeen, you agree to these terms, which may be updated from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

We will notify you of material changes to these terms (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continuing to use Wowbeen after that notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Reward Payouts

Deleting your account to circumvent a payout obligation is treated as a breach of trust under these Terms, and the account will be flagged accordingly.

Beens rewards are subject to fair-use limits, which we may update from time to time to keep the reward system sustainable for everyone. Reviews published above any applicable limit will still be published but won't earn Beens.

7. Review Guidelines & Content Removal

Reviews and other content must not contain violence, sexual content, hate speech, harassment, illegal activity, or anything that violates applicable law. Content must also meet our quality standards and must not be misleading. Wowbeen may remove, block, or restrict access to any review or other content at any time, at its sole discretion, regardless of Beens eligibility, approval, or payout status, including where content violates these guidelines or these Terms.
