Privacy Policy
1. What We Collect
We collect only what’s needed to run wowbeen: basic account details, profile info, and any content you choose to share (videos, reviews, interactions). We also collect limited technical data (e.g. device and usage data).
2. Public Content & Platform Nature
Wowbeen is a public UGC platform. Content you post may be visible to everyone, including visitors, users, and clients, and should be considered shareable by nature.
3. How We Use Data
We use data to operate, improve, and promote wowbeen, including displaying content, rewarding contributions, analytics, and keeping the platform safe.
4. Clients & Commercial Use
Wowbeen may sell client-related access that allows clients to view, display, analyze, or otherwise use public wowbeen content and aggregated data, and Wowbeen is not responsible for how third parties use publicly available content.
5. No Liability for Copying or Downloading
Because wowbeen is a public platform, we are not liable if users, visitors, or third parties copy, download, record, or reuse public content.
6. Deleting Content on Wowbeen
You can delete your profile at any time, and any content that has not received an approved Beens payout, which removes it from wowbeen going forward but does not affect copies that may exist elsewhere. Content that has received an approved Beens payout is owned by Wowbeen and can no longer be deleted.
7. Cookies & Updates
We use essential cookies only. By using wowbeen, you agree to this policy, which may be updated as the product evolves.
8. Third Parties in Your Content
If your review, photo, or video includes other identifiable people, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to appear and be published on wowbeen. Wowbeen is not responsible for verifying or enforcing this consent.
9. Subprocessors
Wowbeen uses the following third-party service providers to operate the platform: Supabase (hosting), Mux (video), Gladia (transcription), Anthropic (AI features), Google (sign-in and related services), Facebook (sign-in), Resend (email), and Tremendous (reward payouts). These providers process data only as needed to perform their function for wowbeen and are bound by appropriate data protection obligations.
